1. Docland-Initiated Cancellations and Refusals

  • Right to Refuse/Cancel:Docland Services Ltd. reserves the absolute right to refuse, deny, or cancel any new membership application or membership renewal at its sole discretion.

2. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

We process your personal information for specific business purposes, including:

  • 3-Day Window: Cancellation requests received via email within 3 calendar days of the initial registration date may be eligible to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation requests received after the 3-day deadline will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
  • Return of Benefits: Upon submitting a cancellation request, all digital and physical benefits, incentives, materials, or platform accesses granted under the membership must be surrendered, returned, or revoked.

3. Refund Request Requirements & Process

To ensure valid and timely processing, all refund requests must comply with the following mandatory criteria:

  • Official Channel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our support team and received before the stated deadline.
  • Requester Authorization: All refund requests must be initiated directly by the attendee/registrant who made the purchase. Third-party refund requests will not be honored.
  • Required Details: The email request must clearly state the full name of the attendee, registration ID/transaction details, and reason for cancellation.
  • Disbursement: Approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original attendee using the primary payment method or account utilized during registration.

4. Scope and Program Materials

  • Universal Applicability: This policy applies broadly to all Docland Services Ltd. memberships and registrations.
  • Program-Specific Exceptions: Specific individual programs, events, or workshops may feature tailored cancellation policies. Registrants are advised to read all individual program materials thoroughly, as terms specified in program-specific documents will supersede this general policy where applicable.
