What began as the singular vision of one passionate individual has grown into a shared, nationwide mission. At Docland, we continuously strive to fulfill our ambitious goals, driving innovation and bringing brilliant success to the healthcare community.

Dr. Dey led Docland as chairman since its very inception at 1997. Under his leadership, the company has grown over two decades to become a national leader in the professional risk management of the medical fraternity. He graduated from King George Medical College and pursued his post - graduation. Combining extensive risk management experience with sharp business acumen, he has successfully extended his entrepreneurial reach into diverse corporate ventures.

Dr. Tanmay Dey

Every transformation requires a driving force, and at Docland, that force comes from a unique blend of high-energy leadership, strategic intellect, and genuine passion for the medical fraternity.

Meet Our Visionary Leader. He has transformed and cradled the ambience of Docland into the most arduous and sincere entrepreneurship. He is a MBA graduate, a medico legal expert (PGDMLE from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru) and a former resident of King George Medical College, Lucknow. He has also completed fellowship from Insurance Institute of India. By bringing together clinical experience, legal acumen, risk insurance, and business administration, he has reshaped the core atmosphere of Docland. His vision has built an environment where rigorous, hard-working entrepreneurship aligns seamlessly with genuine care for clients.

As a tech-savvy innovator, he drives the platform forward with continuous technical advancement, a high-octane work ethic, and a quick-witted sense of humour that keeps the team inspired every day.
